Born in the mountains of Ha Giang
Loop Trails started as a small hostel on Tran Phu street in Ha Giang City, run by people who grew up on these roads. Travellers kept asking us to show them the loop the way we know it — so in 2021 we began guiding small groups ourselves.
Today we run motorbike, easy rider and jeep tours across the Ha Giang and Cao Bang loops, but the idea is the same: small groups, honest prices and genuine connections with the communities we ride through.
How we travel
Our guides are licensed locals from H’Mong, Tay and Kinh families. We choose family-run homestays, eat at local kitchens and keep groups under eight riders so every village visit stays respectful and personal.
Safety comes first: maintained bikes, quality protective gear, careful pacing and a support team on call around the clock.
